Overview

Responsibilities
* Leverage hunting skills to uncover new M&A opportunities and use-cases with existing and new clients to increase Intralinks footprint.
* Cold calling and prospecting into new business groups, both external and from Intralinks counterparts.
* Conduct market research to identify potential new customers, and assess trends and changes within the relevant industry.
* Strategically construct annual partnership plans with the goal of demonstrating additional value to our customer base.
* Regularly communicate creative avenues of client relationship growth, both with your team members and clients.
* Develop, build and maintain existing relationships with key clients.
* Manage key contact relationships while leading contract negotiations.
* Provide exceptional customer service while representing the Intralinks brand.
* Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams and support Renewals Specialists' efforts.
* Deal Strategy Hub – Leverage Pricing Team, Deal Desk, etc. for structural optimization.
* Navigate Legal, Billing, Sales Ops, and other parts of the Intralinks ecosystem to efficiently move negotiations across the finish line.
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
* Leverage available data to make strategic time investments and impactful contributions to the business.
* Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets; accurately manage, forecast and communicate pipeline.
* Transparently share risks, upsell opportunities, status updates, etc.
* Experience in sales.
* Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers at all levels, especially C-level.
* Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Previous experience working with C-level professionals.
* Track record of consistently exceeding daily, weekly and monthly activity metrics.
* CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment. Strong work ethic, self-motivated and driven.
