Job Opportunity: Junior Civil Engineer

Role Overview
The successful candidate will join the Water Team, supporting water engineering projects and gaining valuable experience in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in the design and analysis of water-related projects, including supply, treatment, and distribution systems.
2. Support the preparation of reports, basis-of-design descriptions, and project documentation.
3. Perform design calculations and analyses for water infrastructure projects.
4. Help prepare engineering reports, construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
5. Ensure adherence to standard engineering practices and proper documentation.
6. Provide construction support, including reviewing submittals, RFIs, and inspecting work for compliance.
Candidate Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Strong foundation in engineering principles and interest in water engineering.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, ICM, Microdrainage.
5. Familiarity with Eurocodes, Highway Works Specification, Civil Engineering Water Industry Standards, and Sewers For Adoption.
6. At least 3 years of UK or Ireland experience.
