Job Responsibilities

As well as carrying out your core Housekeeping Assistant duties, you will be responsible for the delivery of high housekeeping standards, including Health & Safety, across guest, colleague, and visitor areas. You will assist the Team Leaders with promoting great customer service and developing our Housekeeping Assistants. You will play a key role, particularly on changeover days, where you will lead and work with a team to ensure all areas meet PGL standards.


Qualifications

You'll need at least three months experience as a Housekeeping Assistant and be COSHH trained. Prior supervisory experience is a bonus, but not essential. In this role you should be able to motivate, encourage and bring out the best in others.
