About the Role
As a key member of our Compliance Electrical Team, youll play a crucial role in ensuring 100% electrical compliance for all Paradigm properties. Your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRS), installations, servicing, repairs, and rewires of domestic properties.
* Performing annual emergency lighting tests and other duties as required by the business.
* Delivering a first-time fix service, ensuring minimal disruption for our residents and providing outstanding customer care.
