Working closely with scientists and electrochemists, you will support the development and validation of next-generation materials through high-quality experimental work and accurate data collect

Key Responsibi
lities• Carry out electrode manufacturing processes, including slurry mixing, coating, and calen
daring• Assemble coin and pouch cells within controlled laboratory and dry-room enviro
nments• Execute battery cell testing programmes and support electrochemical investig
ations• Maintain laboratory equipment, test systems, and thermal ch
ambers• Accurately record experimental procedures, results, and observ
ations• Follow established laboratory procedures and quality sta
ndards• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety requir
ements• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to support materials development pr
