The Role As an SEN Support Assistant, you will be: Providing 1:1 or small-group support to students with SEND (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD) Helping pupils engage in learning and build confidence Supporting the class teacher in creating an inclusive, safe and positive environment Encouraging independence, social skills and emotional regulation Ensuring educational and wellbeing needs are met throughout the school day Every day is different-rewarding, inspiring, and full of opportunities to make a real impact.
