Role Overview:
As their SNAM Waitrose, you will be the driving force behind their no1 customer. You'll be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships, creating compelling sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development) to optimize brand presence and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record in national account management within FMCG food/drink, must have current experience within the grocery channel and ideally with some experience with Waitrose
* Must be operating at National Account Manager or Senior National Account level
* Passion for sustainability and BCorp.
* A track record with managing multiple food categories
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
