This is a pivotal, high-impact role, ideal for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to both marketing and sales leadership. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Development Review and assess current marketing plans and activities. Conduct in-depth market analysis of the cyber security training landscape. Identify opportunities, competitive advantages, and target audiences. Collaborate with third-party agencies to refine a multi-channel marketing strategy. Define marketing objectives, KPIs, and budgets aligned with growth goals. Lead execution of the marketing strategy across key channels: Digital Marketing: SEO, SEM, content strategy, website optimisation, analytics. Email Campaigns: Lead nurturing, product promotion, customer engagement. Social Media: Strategy creation, content scheduling, audience growth. Public Relations: Press releases, media relations, thought leadership. Content Creation: Blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, collateral. Events: Plan and coordinate webinars, conferences, and industry expos. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular, data-driven insights. Manage vendor and agency relationships for quality and efficiency. Sales Oversight & Alignment Provide leadership to a small, dedicated sales team. Align marketing with sales to optimise the lead generation and conversion funnel. Support sales with strategic tools, sales enablement materials, and insights. Track and report on sales performance, trends, and KPIs. Drive strategies to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Required Skills & Experience 5 years in a senior marketing role with a strong track record of results. Proven experience in managing or overseeing sales functions. Deep knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools. Experience working with external agencies and vendors. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Excellent organisational and project management abilities. Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Desirable Skills Background in cybersecurity, IT training, or technology sectors. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
