Role: Building Fabric Technician
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Location: Ware, SG12 0DJ

Role Responsibilities:
1. Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including painting, decorating, ceiling, tiling, carpentry and patch works.
2. Operation of door handles/door closers, condition of signs and cleaning of air vents.
3. Working at height, stepladders / ladders/ MEWP
4. Escalate any issues with supervisor if support is needed to progress works and complete required paperwork / filing.
5. Highly organised — willingness to work within a team structure — flexible approach to assisting where required.
6. HSE conscious and ability to work to RAMS, ability to be permit acceptor.
Required Qualifications:
7. Experience in facilities management or building services.
8. Served experience in a similar role.
9. Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills.
