Take responsibility for the learning, progress, and wellbeing of all pupils, ensuring equality of opportunity and maintaining the highest standards of work and conduct. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons, using assessment and feedback effectively to support pupils’ achievement across a range of abilities and needs. Engage in continuous professional development, proactively reflecting on and improving teaching practice, and contributing to the wider life and ethos of the school. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, external agencies, and the wider Avanti Schools Trust community to support the best interests of pupils.
