Key responsibilities
* Define and deliver forward‑thinking trading strategies that leverage market insight and supplier partnerships to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
* Lead market‑shaping strategies that set us apart from competitors through innovation and trends.
* Analyze the market landscape and respond with agility to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Build winning relationships with suppliers and internal teams, securing the best deals and innovative products.
* Lead, inspire and develop your team to achieve ambitious targets while promoting a culture of growth and innovation.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Buyer, Category Manager or similar role with a track record of delivering growth.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn insights into action.
* Experience leading product range, pricing and promotional strategies.
* Strong leadership skills, passion for developing talent and driving team success.
* A strategic mindset with love for innovation and staying ahead of the curve.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, building relationships and engaging effectively with a diverse network of stakeholders.
