About The Role
As a Warehouse Controller at GSF Car Parts, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of Warehouse Operatives. Your role ensures that stock levels support sales targets and that the warehouse's operational functions run smoothly.
Main Duties Include
* Manage the organisation and performance of the Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control departments to ensure efficiency.
* Pick and load vans/carriers accurately for timely customer deliveries.
* Verify stock quantities against computer records.
* Use judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges.
* Support the branch manager in holiday/sickness cover, weekly planning, team development, and working with drivers to optimize delivery services.
* Create a positive environment where employees are valued and can reach their potential.
Working Hours
45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working.
About You
You should have a proven track record of managing a warehouse, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as FMCG.
What You'll Need To Succeed
* Ability to motivate and lead a team.

* Good planning and organisational skills.
* Ability to work calmly under pressure.
* Customer and sales focused.
* Experience with MAM is desirable but not essential.
