We’re building a brand-new creative team to deliver bold,exciting content for a major combat sports project and we’re looking fortalented Adobe Premiere Video Editors to help shape its voice and style fromday one.

This is an opportunity to create content that will be seenby millions of fans around the world, from promos and trailers, to social-firstclips and premium short and mid-form storytelling.

You'll have the chance to help define the editorialidentity of a growing global sports brand, creating content that grabsattention, builds personalities and keeps audiences coming back.

Must have expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and aworking knowledge of After Effects and wider Adobe Creative Suite isadvantageous.

A passionfor sport, especially combat sports would be a bonus but strong editorialinstincts, creativity and storytelling ability are what matter most.

What we’re looking for:

· A highly creative Video Editor with exceptionalAdobe Premiere skills.

· Someone with strong editorial instincts and anatural ability to tell stories through shot selection, pacing, structure andemotion.

· A creator who understands how to shape contentdifferently for each audience and platform.

· Strong grading and sound design ability, withan understanding of how these elements elevate content.

· A passion for music and an instinct for how trackchoices can transform content.

· Someone who thrives in fast-paced environmentsand enjoys producing high-quality content under tight deadlines.

· Someone with experience creating short-formcontent including promos, trailers and

· A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas,references and perspectives to the table.

· Someone who enjoys collaborating and developingideas with producers, graphic designers and wider production teams.

Your Mission:

· Create high-impact video content across broadcast,YouTube and social platforms.

· Develop compelling short and mid-form contentincluding promos, trailers, interviews and original features.

· Help establish and evolve the editorial styleand tone across content strands and formats.

· Craft engaging narratives from interviews,archive and event night content.

· Use sound design, grading and music creativelyto elevate storytelling and maximise impact.

· Work closely with producers, graphic designersand the wider team to bring ideas to life.

· Contribute ideas and creative solutions thatpush content forward and keep output fresh.

· Work efficiently across multiple projects whilemaintaining exceptional standards.

· Deliver content to the highest technicalstandards across a variety of formats and platforms.

The Skills You Bring:

· Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.

· Knowledge of After Effects and wider AdobeCreative Suite is advantageous.

· Strong experience in editing short-formpromotional and storytelling content.

· Experience in editing mid-form interview and actuality-basedfeature content.

· Excellent understanding of shot selection, editorialstructure, pacing and narrative.

· Strong colour grading and sound design skills.

· Experience setting visual and editorial stylesacross content series or recurring formats.

· Confidence working with a wide range of cameraformats, codecs and archive material.

· Strong technical understanding of workflows anddelivery specifications.

· Ability to work quickly whilst maintainingexceptional quality.

· Excellent communication and collaborationskills.

· Experience of editing onsite at live events isdesirable but not essential.

· Experience working in (combat) sports contentis desirable but not essential.

Location:

The base for this position is Kew, London.

Working Days:

5 day week

You will be expected to work with the team to plan a schedule based onproduction requirement.

This role may involve weekend work.

Some international travel may be required.
