Role Summary
Position: Sales Support
Salary: £13.00 per hour plus monthly bonus
Location: Swansea
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours (5 days out of 7 on rota – weekend working required)
Responsibilities
* Deliver fantastic customer service over the phone and face‑to‑face
* Manage administration tasks and resolve customer queries efficiently
* Use our CRM system to track and resolve customer cases
* Understand each customer’s needs and ensure a smooth handover to the right team member
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints
* Work as part of a team to meet NPS targets every month
Qualifications & Requirements
* Full UK driving licence is essential
* Experience delivering great customer service in any industry
* Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills
* Confidence using systems and managing administration tasks
* Enthusiastic, proactive and customer‑focused attitude
