What will you be doing?
Responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Talent Team and ensure an exceptional experience for internal stakeholders and external candidates. You will work closely with the Talent Attraction Manager to manage the coordination of recruitment processes, liaise with external suppliers, and ensure compliance across all systems and check
What will you bring to the role?
What you will need to have
1. Experience in an administrative or coordination role, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic workload
2. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and a willingness to continuously improve processes
3. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
4. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
5. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
6. Able to work effectively with IT systems to manage data and workflows, including using assistive technologies if required team environment.
It would be great if you had:
7. Previous experience working within a busy resourcing or recruitment function.
8. Experience managing safeguarding-related administration or supporting compliance and audit processes.
9. Familiarity with working alongside third-party providers to coordinate Right to Work and DBS checks in line with SLAs, and maintaining an accurate Single Central Record
