We are currently representing an industry leading manufacturing firm who are looking for a
temporary HR Advisor
to be based out of their
Hereford
branch.
The role will be a
6-month contract,
for
37.5
hours pw, and is due to start
as soon as possible.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Supporting with employee relations cases, including absence and grievances
* Taking notes at HR meetings
* Providing advice to the workforce on HR policies and procedures
* Setting up new starters on SAP/Workforce
* Supporting the wider HR team with administration and filing
Experience required:
* Passion for working in HR
* Organised and willing to support with administration
Working hours:
* 37.5 hours per week
* Monday to Friday
* 8.00 – 4.00 or 8.30 – 4.30
This role will be suitable for either an experienced HR professional, or someone looking to progress their career within the field.
