What you will do As a College Services Advisor, you’ll play a vital role covering all aspects of student support and success from welcoming to the College to registering at their chosen university. The team provides support across a range of areas, including student wellbeing and support, academic and quality assurance, student progression, compliance and administration. What you’ll bring to the role * Ability to deliver excellent customer service skills. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interest in working in education and in particular international students. * Confident with IT, in particular Microsoft Excel. * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. * Willingness to work flexiblyy. * Experience of working as part of a team to achieve goals. * Attention to detail. * Ability to take initiative. * A strong commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. * A strong commitment to Safeguarding.
