Advert As a Bank Community Nurse, you’ll support service users with nursing needs in their own homes, working as part of our Integrated Network Teams (INTs). Our INTs bring together nurses, therapists, paramedics, and support workers who take a holistic, person-centred approach to care. You’ll be welcomed into busy, friendly teams and supported to deliver high-quality community nursing across our localities. What You’ll Be Doing Providing nursing care to service users in community setting Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team Delivering holistic, tailored interventions that meet individual needs Supporting service users through health education and health promotion Developing your skills through a robust clinical competency framework and in-team support Gaining experience across a wide range of nursing interventions due to the diversity of our caseloads Community nursing gives you the time and opportunity to really get to know your caseload, build relationships, and make a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
