Clinical Psychologist – Autism & ADHD Assessments (Associate/Freelance)
📍National (remote role with travel to nearest Assessment Hub as required)
💸 Up to £650 per assessment (depending on type) | £85-100/hour
The Role
🧠We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join a specialist Autism and ADHD Assessment group.
🧠This role involves delivering high-quality neurodevelopmental assessments using gold-standard diagnostic tools, supported by a dedicated in-house administrative and clinical team.
🧠You will work primarily remotely, with occasional in-person visits to your nearest hub. Flexible working arrangements, including evenings or weekends, can be considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive Autism and/or ADHD assessments.
* Use standardised diagnostic tools (ADOS, ADI-R, ACE(+), (Young) DIVA-5, QB Check).
* Produce high-quality diagnostic reports.
* Contribute to multidisciplinary team formulations.
* Engage clients and families with a compassionate, neuroaffirmative approach.
Essential Criteria
* HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
* Minimum 5 years post-qualification clinical experience.
* Proven experience using diagnostic tools including ADOS, ADI-R/ACE(+)/ (Young) DIVA-5/ QB Check.
* Expertise in Autism and/or ADHD diagnostic assessments.
* Strong report writing and formulation skills.
Desirable
* Experience in independent diagnostic services.
* Knowledge of co-occurring mental health conditions.
* Experience conducting combined ADHD/ASD assessments across varied age groups.
