Location: Woking • Contract: Permanent Full Time • Salary: 27,980.98 per annum + 15% Performance Bonus, Company Vehicle, Fuel Card & Tech Provided.
About the Role
Represent the iconic brand Red Bull through the Acosta Europe Impulse team. Own your territory, build relationships with key in‑store decision makers, and drive sales performance on the front line.
Responsibilities
* Own relationships with key in‑store decision makers, influencing range, availability and promotional execution, including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
* Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations.
* Use data and insight to prioritize high‑value stores.
* Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximize each visit.
* Report activity accurately and feed back market insight.
* Compete to be the best and be rewarded when you are.
Qualifications
* Natural influencer with commercial instincts.
* Target‑driven, competitive and resilient.
* Confident talking to anyone – from store staff to managers.
* Organized, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
* Tech‑savvy and comfortable reporting activity.
* Full UK Manual driving licence.
* Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus – not a must.
