Position: PK/PD Module Expert: Translational / Clinical Pharmacology Decision-Maker

Role Responsibilities:
* Write “golden” FIH dose rationales and escalation strategies for representative drug programs.
* Translate senior translational decision-making heuristics into clear, structured rubrics for AI evaluation.
* Identify when model-based recommendations are insufficient and surface real-world decision trade-offs.
* Provide governance-level reasoning around dose selection, exposure, safety, and translational risk.
* Convert narrative judgment into explicit decision rules that reflect best practices in clinical pharmacology.
Requirements:
* Strong years of experience in translational or clinical pharmacology roles within major biopharma, biotech, or consulting.
* Direct experience owning FIH starting dose, SAD/MAD designs, and Phase 2 dose selection for multiple assets.
* Proven governance exposure: IND sign-off, dose justification memos, or exposure–response presentations.
* Strong ability to integrate tox, PK, PD, potency, and MoA data into actionable dose decisions.
* Skilled at defending dose/exposure rationale in front of senior leadership or regulatory teams.
* Experience leading clinical pharmacology strategy for ≥2–3 assets.
* (Important) Not just a modeling profile — must have real decision accountability.
