About the Role:
As a Primary School Assistant, you’ll be supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons, working one-on-one or in small groups with pupils, and helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher with day-to-day activities and lesson delivery
* Work closely with pupils to encourage progress and confidence
* Assist with classroom preparation and organisation

* Provide additional support to children with SEND or specific learning needs
What We’re Looking For:
* A recent graduate (any discipline considered)
* Passion for working with children and young people
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is a plus
