Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Industry Marketing Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for enterprise customers in Financial Services.
Success Measures
* Pipeline influence and revenue contribution from ABM accounts
* Account engagement metrics and program ROI
* Sales team satisfaction scores
* Program execution quality and timeliness
* Process improvement and best practice contributions
Key Responsibilities
* Experience working in and/or with the Financial Services Industry
* Design and execute account-specific ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few) that align with global frameworks and drive measurable business impact
* Build and maintain relationships with sales teams to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs
* Analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization
* Create and implement multi‑channel programs (events, digital, direct) that deliver personalized customer experiences
* Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure ABM programs complement broader field marketing efforts
* Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices
* Track and report on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approaches
* Manage program budgets effectively, demonstrating frugality while maximizing impact
* Collaborate with global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices
Qualifications
* Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
* Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
* Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs
* Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
* Experience in marketing or marketing research
* Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
* Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
* Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross‑functional teams and agency partners
* Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
