I’m looking for an experienced AMHP to step into a Team Manager role within an Adults Mental Health team. This is a leadership post with genuine flexibility - you’ll have oversight of the AMHP service, provide clinical direction for MHA work and MOJ cases, and support a team of 10 (including two Seniors). Most of the role can be done remotely, with occasional in-person meetings as needed.
What’s on offer:
* Fully flexible working – structure your hours between 7am–7pm
* Mostly remote – just the odd visit or leadership meeting in person
* No set rate – completely negotiable depending on experience
* Supportive, well-established team ready for strong clinical guidance
What we’re looking for:
* Qualified AMHP with current SWE registration
* Solid experience managing or supervising teams
* Confident in leading MHA assessments, MOJ cases, and supporting statutory work
* Able to provide clear leadership during a period of service transition
