You will assist and work closely with the Head & Sous Chef – compliance with legislation, food production, stock control, and importantly our small kitchen brigade. You will work closely alongside all parts of the team here - we are a small friendly unit and require a friendly face who will fit in and care about the business. Our Season is 9 months on - 3 months off (Mid Feb through to mid November) Staff can bank hours for the winter or be paid as you go during the busy season - your choice Holidays and banked hours paid in winter should you choose banking system - freedom of choice 5 Days on - 2 Days off We are looking for someone with a "can do" attitude and an open willingness to be a reliable pair of hands to back up the Head and Sous Chef.
