You'll deliver high-quality teaching across a range of maths courses (Functional Skills and GCSE) and play a vital role in supporting learners to achieve excellent results. Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and assess engaging maths lessons. Support learners in achieving their qualifications and targets. Provide constructive feedback and track learner progress. Prepare students for exams, assessments, and practical maths applications. Coordinate and book assessments across all maths courses. Maintain high standards in the delivery of all maths programmes. Keep up to date with curriculum developments, assessment specifications, and best practice in maths education.What We're Looking For A genuine passion for teaching maths and inspiring learners to achieve their potential. Strong maths knowledge, with higher-level qualifications in mathematics. Experience in Secondary and FE teaching is advantageous, but enthusiasm, adaptability, and a learner-focused approach are equally valued. Highly organised, flexible, and committed to supporting students' progress and confidence in maths.
