ECHOPersonnel are proudly recruiting for a long-standing manufacturing partner in Kettering. Youll become part of a skilled team of 5 Engineers and a Controls Technician, supporting a busy, modern packaging production site.
What Youll Be Getting Up To
No two shifts are the same, but heres a taste:
* Diagnosing and repairing bothmechanical & electricalfaults
* Working fromtechnical drawings, wiring diagrams & SCADA displays
* Hands-on mechanical workshop tasks:fabrication, welding, lathe & milling
* Carrying outproactive preventative maintenanceto keep the plant running smoothly
* Performingsafety inspectionsand ensuring compliance
* Installing and wiring electrical equipment across the site
* Fault-finding onPLC-controlledsystems (Siemens experience a bonus!)
* Developing skills withServo Drives, AC/DC digital drives & controls
* Working with advanced automation & software
Tools & Tech Youll Work With

Shift Pattern
Rotating3-shift patternin a supportive team of 2:
* Nights:22:00 06:00
* Afternoons:14:00 22:00
* Mornings:06:00 14:00
(Working Sunday 10pm through to Friday 10pm your weekends are yours!)

A practical problem-solver with experience in a similar industrial engineering role whos confident across both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
