Here4YOUth Oxfordshire, part of Cranstoun, is looking for a Young People's Substance Use Worker to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience in community engagement, and a deep commitment to harm reduction and social justice.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing a caseload of children and young people across North Oxfordshire
Delivering evidence-based 1:1 interventions and group sessions in schools, colleges, and community settings
Working closely with partner agencies to support positive change
Helping young people feel heard, empowered, and supported
What You'll Need:
Experience in youth or community work
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and business insurance (essential)
