Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Salary: £50,000 + Bonus DOE
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm

Our client is a highly respected and well-established law firm with over 200 years of heritage, known for delivering exceptional legal services and building long-standing client relationships. Based in their Kettering office, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a large and varied caseload of commercial property matters, supporting the firm’s long-term client base while also helping to develop new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
* Handling matters such as commercial sales and acquisitions, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and associated property transactions .
* Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to clients.
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients .
* Actively contributing to business development and networking activities to establish new client relationships.
* Working collaboratively with partners and colleagues across the firm when required.
* Delivering a high standard of client care while meeting billing and performance targets .
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a confident and personable Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 + years’ PQE who is capable of managing a busy caseload and contributing to the continued growth of the firm.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3 + years’ PQE within Commercial Property law.
* A strong technical background in commercial property transactions.
* A proven track record of strong billing performance .
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
* A proactive, organised and professional approach to work.
* Confidence in networking and business development activities.
* The ability to work independently while also supporting partners and colleagues when required.
