Are you enthusiastic and innovative with a passion for transforming the online experience for our customers?


In This Role

You will be instrumental in

* researching,
* developing,
* and testing customer journeys

You will help to provide seamless, intuitive and accessible online experiences that do not exclude anyone. Accessibility is about creating services without barriers and removing barriers that already exist.


What You'll Be Doing

* Working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Gathering and developing project requirements
* Recommending and delivering innovative web solutions
* Evaluating and analysing web statistics to inform improvements and recommendations
* Providing expert advice and support to web and intranet editors
* Communicating effectively with staff at all levels, partners, and residents


What You'll Need

* A strong understanding of web technology, accessibility standards and SEO
* Excellent skills in writing for the web
* Proven problem-solving abilities
* Exceptional communication skills
* Ability to review data

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday 37hrs a week.
