Key responsibilities
* Lead and develop a small team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching and direction.
* Define and implement a strategic marketing plan fully aligned with the company’s sales objectives.
* Oversee brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistent communication across all channels.
* Drive integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels to increase awareness, generate leads and support sales conversions within the NHS, pharmacy, veterinary and laboratory sectors.
* Promote bespoke services, sustainable alternatives and unique propositions that set the business apart in the healthcare supplies market.
* Use analytics to measure campaign performance, derive actionable insights and optimise marketing initiatives.
* Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure best ROI.
* Work closely with sales, product development and customer service teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market activity.
Requirements
* Significant senior marketing experience, ideally within B2B or healthcare-related sectors.
* A proven track record of developing and executing strategic marketing plans that directly support sales growth.
* Strong digital marketing skills, with expertise in SEO, paid media, email marketing and social channels.
* Highly data-driven, confident using analytics to measure and improve performance.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
* Creative and commercially minded, able to translate insights into impactful campaigns.
* Knowledge of regulatory and sustainability considerations in healthcare is advantageous.
