We are looking to recruit a new Technical Administrator into our Leeds Highways Maintenance office, this key role to supporting the running of this successful project. What you'll be doing Administration Duties Processing of various paper and electronic records for the project(s) including: Incidents and actions on the network Timesheets & annual leave requests Support the production of various weekly and monthly reports including Costs & invoices Status of information management Other duties may include Minutes of meetings/typing/photocopying/scanning; Cover reception when required - Screen telephone calls, deal with messages and enquiries; Book conference rooms, events & hotels internally and externally for the team meetings; Who we're looking for You will have/be: Highly motivated, proactive and practical Administrator; Excellent Communication Skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Honest Reliable and Professional Person; Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team; Organised with excellent timekeeping skills; Computer Literate.
