Required skills and experience:
Ideally CIPP qualified
Good IT literacy skills (advance in excel and presentation)
Reporting writing skills in Systems business Intelligence, People soft and Oracle
Good eye for detail and work at pace
Able to be flexible to business needs and generate ad-hoc reports
Ability to build effective relations within the company and externally
Logical and Methodical mind set
Ideally have a background in Manufacturing/Consumer goods due to reactive workload
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Payroll and Pensions Administrator, you will support 100% CMC (Core Mandatory Controls) Payroll and Pension Compliance, and delivery of the HR Technology Roadmap.
Key activities:
Assist with payroll / pension function inc. reporting
Assist with P11D benefit solution
Absence Management
Reconciliation of Edenred childcare vouchers
Provision of Sick calculations upon request
