What you’ll be doing: You will be responsible for the success of our products, ensuring every release delivers measurable value. 1.Product Strategy & Vision Develop, own, and continually refine the product roadmap to align with customer needs and our innovation pipeline. Identify and champion opportunities to leverage AI and NLP to create next-generation features. 2.Execution & Delivery Translate business needs into developer-ready documentation and prioritized features, considering value, feasibility, and usability. Work closely with engineering and QA teams to guide features from concept to release, ensuring quality and timeliness. Run effective agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to drive an efficient workflow and remove blockers. 3.Stakeholder & Client Collaboration Act as the voice of the customer, immersing yourself in their world to understand what matters most. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on roadmaps and feature launches to internal and external stakeholders. Inspire and support our Account and Sales teams, enabling them to successfully implement new features with clients. What we want from you: Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced software or web application environment (ideally B2B SaaS, CRM, or data analytics). A deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Background in SaaS Product Development An entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for using technology (especially AI/NLP) to create elegant business solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and drive alignment across diverse teams. The ability to immerse yourself in our customers’ world, understanding their industry, needs, and what matters most to them. Understanding of cloud infrastructure. Knowledge of Azure or similar DevOps tooling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
