Our client is a vibrant FM Service Provider that has an equally vibrant and exciting client portfolio in London. Due to its latest contract win in the West End, it is looking to hire a proven Maintenance Electrician.
As the Maintenance Electrician you will join a new team of 4 people including a Technical Services Manager. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to a modern and fairly new commercial office space near Soho.
The successful Maintenance Electrician must have a minimum of 5\-7 years experience in the industry, have excellent communication skills, be a team player, fun, hard working, committed and not take themselves too seriously.
In addition to normal maintenance duties you'd expect in a commercial environment, the Maintenance Electrician will also be involved in small projects and there is also overtime available. Applicants must be fully qualified.
