Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEND. Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet individual learning needs and EHCP targets. Create an inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environment. Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to support each pupil’s progress. Contribute to the school’s wider life, ethos, and commitment to continuous improvement. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching pupils with special educational needs, preferably within a specialist setting. Strong knowledge of SEND strategies, interventions, and curriculum adaptations. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. A positive, patient, and resilient attitude, with a commitment to inclusive education.
