YOUR ROLE:
As a Support Worker, you'll be at the heart of everything we do. No two days are the same, but you'll be:
* Delivering person-centred support that promotes independence and joy
* Assisting with personal care where needed, always maintaining dignity and trust
* Keeping clear records and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Building strong, positive relationships with people we support, families, and professionals

* Experience in social care, especially supporting people who are learning disabled with associated physical health needs
* Confidence in managing complex needs
* Patience, empathy, and a great sense of humour
* A team player with strong communication and time-management skills
