Customer Service Advisor (Maternity Cover)
Location: Chadderton
Contract: Fixed Term Contract – Maternity Cover
Hours: Part Time – .5 hours per week

About the Role
We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to provide maternity cover.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer queries within agreed timeframes to ensure properties remain safe and secure
2. Accurately capture sales, billing, and site contact information
3. Manage the administration of quotes, purchase orders, variations, and completions
4. Provide real-time customer updates via phone, email, and customer portals
5. Record all customer communications and interactions accurately within internal systems
6. Escalate and resolve issues and complaints effectively
7. Support internal teams to enhance the end-to-end customer journey
8. Share product and service information with customers
9. Manage time and priorities effectively in line with business requirements
Skills & Experience Required
10. Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a customer service role
11. Strong customer service experience within a fast-paced environment
12. Ability to build strong working relationships across teams
13. Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
14. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
15. Competent in Microsoft Office applications
16. Ability to work to deadlines and perform under pressure
Desirable Experience
17. Experience delivering full end-to-end customer support
18. Knowledge of the security or vacant property services industry
