Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Derby
Salary: £38,000 to £65,000
PQE: Minimum 2 years
Hours: 9:00am – 17:15

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving Wills, Trusts & Probate team in Derby, where you’ll manage a varied and fulfilling caseload. You’ll be supported by a collaborative and experienced team, with room to grow and make your mark.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Drafting Wills and advising clients on estate planning
* Preparing and managing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Administering estates, including inheritance tax and grant applications
* Handling Deputyship applications
* Managing the affairs of elderly and vulnerable clients
* Building lasting client relationships based on trust and empathy
* Contributing to the development and success of the team
You
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx) with at least 2 years’ PQE in Private Client work, looking for a role where your knowledge, compassion, and initiative will be truly valued.
