You'll be the key point of contact for the client, ensuring consistently high standards, strong team performance, and seamless day-to-day operations.This role is ideal for someone with experience in industrial environments who thrives in a fast-paced, operational setting and is passionate about driving standards, compliance, and team engagement.What you'll be responsible forLeading, motivating and developing a team of around 30 cleaning colleagues across four sitesOverseeing day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring consistently high standards across all locationsActing as the main point of contact for the client, building strong and trusted relationshipsManaging and resolving escalations quickly and professionallyEnsuring full compliance with health & safety standards, policies and proceduresConducting regular site audits and implementing continuous improvement initiativesManaging stock levels of cleaning materials and consumables to maintain service continuityOrganising resources effectively across sites to meet operational demandsMonitoring performance, addressing any HR or performance issues, and supporting colleague developmentManaging site financials, including budgets, cost control, and ensuring delivery within agreed client parametersAbout youProven experience managing cleaning operations across multiple sites, ideally within an industrial environmentA hands-on, proactive leader who is confident managing large teamsStrong knowledge of health & safety and cleaning standardsExcellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsWell-organised with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailComfortable using Microsoft Office and basic reporting toolsFull UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites as requiredJob Reference: com/1106/91118001/52813526/SU 14FortyCompass Group UK&I is committed to fostering an environment where every individual can truly be themselves at work and has equal opportunities to advance in their careers.
