to oversee services across Essex, London and surrounding regions. This is a senior leadership role for a quality-focused professional who lives and breathes standards, governance and continuous improvement within care home settings. The Role
Provide strategic and operational oversight of quality and compliance across a portfolio of elderly care homes Lead on CQC readiness, inspection preparation and post-inspection action planning Drive continuous improvement initiatives across clinical governance, safeguarding and risk management Support Home Managers and senior teams to embed robust audit and quality assurance frameworks Identify underperforming services and implement structured turnaround plans Ensure best practice, safe care delivery and regulatory compliance at all times Work closely with operational leadership to align quality with commercial sustainability About You
Significant senior-level quality leadership experience within elderly care homes – essential Strong working knowledge of the CQC framework and regulatory standards Proven track record improving and sustaining CQC ratings Experienced supporting ‘Requires Improvement’ or challenged services Confident, visible leader with the ability to influence at board and operational level Quality-driven, analytical and commercially aware
