We’re recruiting for a Product Inventory Executive to join a leading tour operator, supporting the setup and management of holiday products across internal systems.
Location: Hybrid – Sutton, Surrey (office & home-based)
Type: Full-time, permanent
The role:
Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you’ll ensure holiday inventory, costs, and availability are accurately loaded and maintained. You’ll work closely with Product, Yield, Tech, and Finance teams to ensure all products are ready to sell and performing correctly.
Key responsibilities:
* Load and maintain tours, flights, and costs in internal systems
* Verify tour accuracy across all sales channels
* Update pricing, itineraries, and inventory as needed
* Liaise with Tech and third-party suppliers on setup and configuration
* Investigate and resolve booking and data issues
* Support system testing and maintain accurate records

* Experience working with data systems and handling information accurately
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation
* Confident communicator and proactive problem solver
* Team player with a methodical approach
