What you will do
* Conduct thorough assessments and gather multi-agency information following social care referrals
* Make recommendations for next steps based on your assessments and the Suffolk Thresholds Document
* Work collaboratively with a range of professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children
* Manage a varied and challenging caseload effectively
* Maintain accurate and timely records conforming to legal and procedural requirements
Requirements for the Senior Social Worker
* A degree or equivalent in social work
* Current registration with Social Work England
* Extensive frontline experience as a qualified Social Worker within the UK, particularly within social services
