Position: Senior Non-Food Buyer
Company: Leading Retailer
Contract: Fixed-term, 12 months
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Merchandising, Design, and Quality teams to expand into new product categories and enhance existing ranges.
2. Oversee daily range development, including sample creation and selection.
3. Utilize market and customer insights to analyze sales data and inform buying decisions.
4. Sourcing, developing, and expanding the product range.
5. Set pricing and promotional strategies for the category.
6. Achieve sales targets to maximize revenue and margins.
7. Travel within the UK and EU for trade shows, competitor analysis, and supplier visits.
8. Coordinate with the e-commerce team on content and photography.
