Job Title: Commercial Manager
Location: Based in London office, with regular site visits. Hybrid working available.
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Salary: Competitive - dependent on experience (Car allowance included)
About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join a growing, family-owned Building Management Systems (BMS) business. This role is pivotal to supporting ongoing growth by bridging the gap between technical delivery, commercial risk, and client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting in growing the business by managing commercial processes and performance
Overseeing contracts, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements
Working closely with the Project Director and cross-functional teams
Managing commercial and contractual risk to ensure projects are profitable and delivered on time
Supporting a wide range of BMS projects-from small works (~£5k) to large-scale upgrades (up to £3.5m)
Acting as the key link between technical delivery teams, clients, and the financial/commercial side of the business

Essential Skills & Experience
Quantity Surveying background or strong commercial management experience
Proven experience managing contracts and subcontractor agreements
Strong financial skills, including budget and margin management
Ideally from a BMS or engineering/construction background
Comfortable working both site-based and in London/Egham offices
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
