Location: Chineham, England. Sector: Call Centre & Customer Service. Salary: £12.71 per hour.
Pertemps are currently recruiting for full-time and part-time Customer Service Administrators to join a leading logistics company in their head office based in Chineham, Basingstoke. This is a temporary ongoing position.
This position has a variety of shift patterns available.
Responsibilities
* Answering telephone calls and emails
o Logging queries on the company's CRM system
o Dealing with any live issues and investigating discrepancies
o Completing KPI trackers and performance reports
o Collate information and update business system
o Chase internal teams to find query resolutions
o Building and maintaining solid relationships with depots and customers
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
o Confident speaking over the phone
o Analytical working approach

o £12.71 per hour
+ Variety of shifts available (full time & part time)
+ AM and PM hours
+ Temp to permanent position
