Must have’s
• Very strong communication skills both verbal and written
• A creative flair

• An understanding of how e-commerce seller websites operate
Nice to have
• Good analytical, data driven and problem-solving skills
• Experience within an Office Sales Environment
What you’ll be doing
• Support Sales Managers with customer set up
• Analyse retailer reports, provide feedback and advise Account Managers
• Monitor retailer’s websites - website content, product placement, product category and ranking
• Organise and manage customer profiles
• Implement Company Marketing initiatives
• Complete Website Audits for Retailers – action and implement updates
• Build relationships with online sales retailers via phone, video calls & email
• Manage and develop own portfolio of direct online retailer accounts and research and prospect for new opportunities
