Summary of the Role and Key Responsibilities
* Partner with line managers to serve as a trusted advisor, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
* Work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic input and support on various projects.
* Develop, build, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
* Support the HR Business Partner in developing clear workforce plans and ensuring effective organization design.
* Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment with functional requirements and operational priorities.
* Support ER casework, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.
* Work closely with hiring managers and leaders to enhance people management skills.
* Foster a collaborative, accountable, and innovative workplace culture.

* Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and high performance.
* Ability to collaborate and build relationships with various stakeholders and influence decision-making.
