Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Negotiator based in Brighton. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for handling property sales transactions, managing customer inquiries, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and building strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include keeping clients well-informed throughout the buying and selling process, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Closing Deals
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for Client Relationship Management
* Excellent organizational and time management skills for handling multiple clients
* Basic knowledge of the property market or real estate processes is advantageous
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
* Previous experience in estate agency or sales roles is a plus
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other real estate-related software
* Possession of a valid UK driving license is preferred
* Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service
