Salary: £33,300-£43,400
Location: Cambridge, Coventry, Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Permanent, Full time 35 hours per week

This role sits within the Business Operations team and, as a new position, there will be an opportunity to shape and evolve this role to meet business needs over time.

About the role
This crucial role is responsible for owning and developing data sources, including our CRM, ensuring engagement, quality assurance and the pursuit of data-led decision making. Working with a wide-range of stakeholders, you will underpin the achievement of strategic and financial objectives.
* Lead Partnership for Education's CRM development and management, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels (including Senior Leadership/Management and other teams from within the business).
* Develop and execute an effective CRM strategy, supporting a high converting sales funnel and enhancing the end-to-end customer journey.
* Through insight, inform on data-driven decision making
* Provide steer on reporting requirements, furthering existing data analysis, and facilitating the collection of additional data to support impact metrics

About you
A successful candidate will be able to flex between being a “people person” and a “systems person”, with strong influencing skills and change management expertise. In-depth knowledge and experience leveraging the potential of Salesforce and CRM systems is essential to succeed in this role.
